What you get, what it costs, how to cancel, and what we do and do not promise.
Last updated September 9, 2026
You get a licence to use Shadow Sentinel on your own Macs. The scans and the System Data breakdown are free to use without an account. A subscription adds Sentinel AI, quarantine, cleanup and the Pro features, billed monthly through Stripe after a seven-day trial, and you can cancel at any time. The software is provided as is, and no security tool catches everything.
Blaze Creative Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Shadow Sentinel on Macs you own or control, for the number of Macs your plan covers (one for Sentinel AI, up to five for Sentinel Pro). You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software or a licence key.
Without a subscription, the app runs every scan and shows every finding, including the System Data breakdown. Acting on findings (quarantine, cleanup, reclaiming storage), Sentinel AI and the Pro features require an active subscription.
A key is tied to your subscription and to the Macs it is activated on. You can free a seat from Settings, and seats unused for a long time may be released automatically so a lost or sold Mac does not hold one forever. Sharing a key beyond the Macs your plan covers may result in the key being disabled.
